This is an 11"x14" archival giclee print of my original watercolor painting of a Smoky Quartz Gwindel cluster from Switzerland. The cluster beautifully displays a large, perfect traditional faceted point and a marvelous twisted gwindel next to it. Originally painted with traditional watercolor materials and techniques, this print excellently reproduces the watercolor magic with its rich tones and quality. It is printed on an archival, acid-free natural paper made of plant cellulose and cotton using premium quality pigment inks. This print won't ever fade or age. Also, unlike most of my other prints, this piece is oriented horizontally, but it will fit in any standard 11"x14" frame.
In having such reverence for Earth, I've wondered how we can admire it's beauty while leaving it undisturbed. I think paintings are an incredible way to do just that. That is why I was inspired to create this series of mineral paintings, and share them with the world.
11"x14" prints are sent flat, on a foam core backing board with a protective covering.
